Siapa kata game tak elok?

(warning : may contain nerdiness)

Have you ever played TES 5 : Skyrim?
If you have, you will understand more about what I'm going to share.
If not, you should play it, should! (but play it moderately, Qana'ah)

In Skyrim, long after your journey, you will given an offer to meditate.
You will meditate on the 'Word of Power', which is composed of dragon language (have you ever wonder how these game developers can create a brand new language?).

This is the guy who teach your character how to meditate. Look how cool is he, handsome. If I have a teacher like this I would get 4 flat for all semesters.

You will be given 3 words to choose from. One of it is 'Fus'.

"It is called 'Force' in you tongue. But as you push the world, so does the world push you back"

Very poetic words. The developers is really good at what they are doing.
It may seem just like a dialogue in a meaningless game. But this sentence has some truth behind it. As we fight our worldly problem, so does the problems fight you back. The handsome dragon teach the hero to understand the 'Fus' word so that he/she can push the world back.

"think of the way force may be applied effortlessly. Imagine but a whisper pushing aside all in its path. That is 'fus'. Let it's meaning fill you and you will push the world harder that it pushes back"

Think of it this way. As you understand your problems, you can solve it faster than it troubles you. That is the essence that can be learned from this short dialogue in this game.

On the other hand, we can also apply this 'meditation'. But in our context as a muslim, we call it 'amal'. Pick a verse from the Quran, and 'meditate' on it, and our problems will become less heavier insya-Allah.

take moderation in everything you do, and you will stay safe and happy, Insya-Allah.

Pembukaan

Surah Al-Fatihah

Maksudnya:

1. Dengan menyebut nama Allah Yang Maha Pemurah lagi Maha Penyayang.
2. Segala puji bagi Allah, Tuhan semesta alam.
3. Maha Pemurah lagi Maha Penyayang.
4. Yang menguasai di Hari Pembalasan

InsyaAllah

Diversity

Failure is not the end

Bear in mind that every failure, every thing bad that happens in our lives lies a good reason behind all that. It might be a part of various tests imposed by the Almighty Allah for us to improve our self. It can also be a bridge so that we can get closer to Allah out of our conciousness. No matter how awful your days or lives are, have time to thank Allah.

Jalan Bahagia

Hidup ini untuk memberi,
untuk berbakti,
bukan untuk menafi,

Tawaddu'

Have you noticed how some who are wealthy, intelligent, degree holders and at times even the knowledgeable, begin to think that others are all inferior to them and that they have the right to despise others?

Have you noticed how there are more complaints of the wealthy under paying their workers or delaying payment or scrounging discounts below cost than others?

"Remember that no matter what you have you will never be truly loved by people if you are full of pride and arrogance or despise people. The more you have the more humble you should be. It can all disappear in a flash and then what will become of us?"

Perspective

"It is not necessary for others to think exactly like you, or to agree with everything you say or do and you can still get along very well with them.

Learn to listen to others and try to understand their views. Then remember that they have their own minds just like you do and they may disagree with you just like you may disagree with them.

All this does not have to create hatred in the heart."

- Ismail Menk -

Clean heart

Don't let your heart stains. Polish it with good deeds, humbleness and modesty.

Unleash

Unleash your good potential. Even if no one sees it,  Allah will.

Tears of Repentance

Dan hidup di dunia ini hanya pinjaman.
Bagai alat.
Akan tiba masa dimana tamat tempohnya.
Bagai alat juga.
Memberi yang terbaik kepada tuannya.
Sedaya upaya memuaskan keinginan tuannya.
Begitulah hidup.
Untuk apa hidup jika tidak berbakti?
Kalau tidak berbakti umpama alat yang tak diguna tetapi masih elok.
Berhabuk.
Untuk apa berhabuk.
Baik buang.
Jangan kamu menyesal.

He who loves you

THERE ARE NO PERFECT FATHER,
BUT A FATHER WILL ALWAYS LOVE PERFECTLY.

REMEMBER TO CARE FOR THOSE WHO CARE FOR YOU.

Loneliness

DO YOU THINK YOU CAN LIVE ALONE?

Acceptance between souls.

Not every good souls have clean faces.

You Probably Think by Lowkey

Verse 1

I don’t sell drugs, and no I’ve never been shot
stop thinkin’ you know what Is and Isn’t hiphop
No I'm not a cockney though my home is London
please, look past all your own assumptions
you reckon It’s bitches and hoes then you’re an ignorant bloke
don’t understand so you think It’s a joke
Negativity is not what I'm glamourising
Listen with your heart, stop sittin there analysing
broaden your mind, stop sittin’ there patronising
Wipe that smirk of your face when you hear a rap or rhyme
and stop believing the hype see it deep in the mind
seek and find people are just people in life
You don’t wanna, witness what the kid spits
you rather dismiss it as misogynistic
I know great rappers from Margate to Manchester
so please spare me the embarassing hand gestures

CHORUS

All I wanna do is
*Gunshots*
And take your money

You probably think
All I wanna do
*Gunshots*
And take your money

Verse 2

I never been to jail but I’ve been to University
Don’t take it personally certain journalist are jerks you see
I don’t sell drugs, I perform poetry and earn a fee
You look down, but one day your son might work for me
Hiphop is universal, take time think on it
I don’t own a car, let alone one with rims on it
You wanna hear a rapper? There’s tons from London, In fact
None of us rap about the guns and the crack
’cos that is not hiphop and they know it
forget the word rapper, we’re just modern day poets
You make the points, and you perverse just never make
Don’t wanna break the change, you rather perpetuate
You must have a very closed mind
If you can’t see past all the stereo-types
If you know a hater – reveal them
Don’t worry about me, just watch which rappers are raising your children

CHORUS

All I wanna do is
*Gunshots*
And take your money

You probably think
All I wanna do
*Gunshots*
And take your money
